At Grande Tile, we take pride in our work and want you to feel confident in our services. We offer a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty from the original date of installation.

This warranty covers defects or issues resulting directly from craftsmanship or workmanship performed by Grande Tile during the installation. If a covered workmanship issue is identified within the five-year warranty period, Grande Tile will, at its discretion, inspect the affected area and, if determined to be a workmanship-related issue, make reasonable repairs necessary to correct the covered defect.

Exclusions

This warranty applies exclusively to workmanship and does not cover defects, failures, damage, or problems caused by materials, products, or conditions outside of Grande Tile's workmanship.

Specifically, this warranty does not cover:

• Material defects, including defects in tile, stone, grout, setting materials, or other products supplied or manufactured by others.

• Damage or failure resulting from natural disasters or acts of nature, including but not limited to hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, or other severe weather events.

• Damage caused by fire, smoke, or excessive heat.

• Damage or failure resulting from plumbing leaks, water intrusion, flooding, or moisture conditions unrelated to Grande Tile's workmanship.

• Damage caused by electrical problems, power-related incidents, or electrical system failures.

• Damage, alterations, or failures caused by other contractors, tradesmen, subcontractors, homeowners, tenants, or third parties.

• Damage resulting from structural movement, settling, shifting, cracking, or movement of the substrate or building structure beyond Grande Tile's control.

• Damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modifications made after installation.

• Normal wear and tear or changes in appearance that occur through ordinary use.

Warranty Claim

Any suspected workmanship issue should be reported to Grande Tile as soon as it is discovered. Grande Tile reserves the right to inspect the affected area and determine the cause of the issue before warranty coverage is approved.

If the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, Grande Tile will address the workmanship defect as reasonably necessary. Warranty coverage is limited to the original installation workmanship performed by Grande Tile and does not extend to consequential, incidental, or unrelated damages.

This warranty is valid for five (5) years from the original installation date and applies only to the original installation.
